The latest government guidance in coordination with:
Sport England, UK Active and the British Wheel of Yoga have confirmed that group indoor exercise and activities can continue in Tier 2 areas as long as the premises and activities are COVID secure. In any changes to Tier 3 or 4, all sessions will only be available online.
Tier 1 & Tier 2 COVID secure means social distancing of mats (2 meters form the centre of each mat), fresh air ventilation, air purifier with UV light, cleaning and sanitising floors, handles…etc…after each session and providing hand sanitisers.
Sessions stay limited to 5 people (including me).
ATTENDING YOUR SESSION
💖 I recommend taking the minimum you need to the practice.
💖 I encourage everyone to wear a face mask when arriving/leaving and moving around the studio until we are starting the class.
💖 I will be kindly asked to use hand sanitiser.
💖 Temperature will be taken with a non-contact thermometer.
💖 Shoes will be left outside unless it is raining.
💖 Please align your mat with the floor markers in the studio to ensure you have a safe distancing between yourself and another student.
💖 Scan the QR code for track & trace app.
💖 Once set and ready, in Savasana, you are welcome to remove your mask.
💖 Mats and props will not be available.
Please only attend the studio if you feel well. I will ask you to self-assess every time before coming to the studio and if you are displaying any symptoms (as mild as they may be) please stay at home. You can always join us online 😉 at any time.
In the event of any suspected or confirmed COVID-19 cases, I will inform anyone who has come into close contact with the affected person and refer them to follow government guidelines on self-isolation.
These guidelines will be reviewed in line with government guidelines.
